保泉 エリ
Eri HOZUMI
保泉エリ（ほずみ・えり）は人体彫刻をテーマとして、展示空間と生活空間を接続し、素材の人体と生身の人体の違いについて考える作品を制作している。
近年は地元広島で破棄されたという舟越保武の彫刻《牧歌》に関するリサーチベースの制作をきっかけに、その街の「シンボル」となり得るものから見える複雑な背景に対し、自身の体験を踏まえながら向き合い方を模索する制作に取り組んでいる。

Eri Hozumi creates artworks focusing on human body sculptures, connecting exhibition spaces and living spaces, and examining the differences between material human bodies and living human bodies.
In recent years, triggered by her research-based work on the sculpture 'Pastoral' by Yasutake Funakoshi, which was reportedly discarded in her hometown of Hiroshima, she has been exploring how to confront the complex backgrounds revealed by objects that could become "symbols" of a town, while incorporating her own experiences.
